Some minor corrections: I chose an artwork..."symbolize" the gradient. ...several new moods are possible... "Mom" is represented...cold tones are reserved for "Dad." With a beauty spot on the shell ...I choose two different colors... I call it a beauty spot... The turquoise leaves lighten the dark part. ...the salmon dress....contrasts with the underwater scene. How many times do I change the color balance? A million times. Why do I change the point of view so many times? ...I feel like an idiot... Tweak away! The point of view changes... This orange will ease the contrast!
Interesting way of explaining how to get a good color scheme balance. Love the turtle shell and 'Mom/Dad' color names. I will definitely have to try this out soon. I've been dying to know how you get your color schemes, and I think you did a great way of explaining it.
